Rich Maher will be giving a presentation to introduce least squares adjustments to those unfamiliar and interested in the process of applying LSA to their survey measurements.

Mr. Maher is a Professional Land Surveyor with over twenty years of experience practicing in California. He is the owner of KDM Meridian and provides professional land surveying and mapping services in the public works sector, including projects requiring the establishment of survey control through GNSS static and real-time methods. He is currently the secretary of the Orange County Joint Professional Practices Committee and the secretary of the Executive Committee of the CSRC.
